For some activities, we may ask about injuries, medical considerations, access requirements or other information that could affect your participation.
We don't need your whole medical history. Please only provide information that is relevant to helping us support your safe and comfortable participation.
We treat this information with particular care and only make it available to people who reasonably need it for that purpose.

Services we use
Clash uses third-party services to help operate the business. These currently include:
Squarespace — website, website enquiries and analytics
Google Workspace — email, documents and business administration
Bookeo — bookings and registrations
Square — secure payment processing
Xero — accounting and invoicing
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Clash Theatre Co. does not collect or store your full credit or debit card details.
Information provided through these services may be stored or processed by the relevant provider, including outside Australia. Each provider has its own privacy and security practices.
We only provide or make information available to service providers where reasonably necessary for the service they provide to us.
Children and young people
Clash works with children and young people and takes their privacy seriously.
We aim to collect only the information reasonably required to provide our activities safely and appropriately. Information about a child or young person is only accessed or shared where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
There may be circumstances where information needs to be shared to protect a child or young person or to meet a child-safety or legal obligation.
Photos and video
Permission to use photographs, video or other recordings for promotional purposes is separate from general participation consent.
Choosing not to provide media consent does not prevent someone from participating in Clash activities.
Keeping information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.
Access is limited to people who reasonably need the information for their role or to provide a Clash service.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, or where we need to retain it for legal, insurance, accounting, child-safety or other legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Access or correction
If you would like to access personal information Clash holds about you, correct information that is inaccurate, or ask a question about how your information is being handled, please contact us.
We may need to confirm your identity before providing access to personal information.
